Gramma's discharged, diagnosis is still unknown... But thanks...

Well, some of you guys would have known bout my gramma being admitted to hospital back in my hometown, and me having to rush back to Johor all of a sudden, sacrificing my long awaited trip to 1U to see Farah perform. But I guess I did what I should have, and even Farah was very understanding and supported that decision. (Still saying sorry Farah, I would have really screamed and supported to the max if I was there...)

Ok, gramma's back at her home, I sent her back after she was discharged from hospital. She's stable now, but unfortunately doctors have yet to do a full analysis to find out what's wrong. Apparently they were having a lack of time and doctors due to the festive season, so we'll only know on Monday when we can have an appointment for a scope. We need to find out what's causing the internal bleeding. So we all are praying hard that it's not the dreaded 'c' word.

But still, from me and behalf of the entire family, I'd like to thank Farah, the Farahnatics, forummers and friends who have offered their prayers, well wishes, sms-es and support over these few days. Things like this helped us get through these times of worries, and it lets us know that there's still so many caring people in this world. For now, let's hope that the scope results would not be something serious, we're all hoping that she can recover well and be cheerful as usual... Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts, and may God bless you all...

Times of Joy and Worries... Life sure is different now..

Wow... I sure haven't been blogging much... I was kinda busy, so not much time to blog. Anyways, a few things happened lately... some are ups, some are downs... and I also must say my life has been so different lately, and I think it's for the better. I've learned to be more social, meeting new people, making new interesting friends... Must be the Lord's blessing...

Raya Show Recording at Sri Pentas 2
I was so excited when Ostro invited me to come to SP2 for the studio recording of the Malaysian Idol Hari Raya Special Show... initially they wanted only 5 people per idol, but after that they said anyone can come, as long as they confirm... so... hee hee... it was fun. I also fetched Ostro on the way, it wasn't much really, I'd help anyone if I could. :) I was actually having fever, but hey, I'm not gonna let it stop me from meeting Farah... I met a lot of people at SP2, and forummers... and I'm surprised that a lot of people know me and i can't recognize who they are!!! So sowwy people, but I'll try my best to get to know y'all... Kak Aryna didn't recognize me, which was really funny... hee hee... met shamz, taming sari, sookru, and a number of people whom I've talked to online, but not met in person. Chit chatted with myn, who thought I wasn't coming... I wonder where she heard that. Haha... but she's so cute... got a few complications that day, which involved Ostro and me being private bodyguards. LOL... Met Farah's mum as well, very sweet lady... and I also met Daniel's parents, very sweet people. hee hee... The show ROCKED! I was so glad they tuned the Raya Show more upbeat, and the improvement shows! Trish and Xerra's performance was nice... Adam and Azam were graceful on stage, Ash and Faizull's were memorable, Ejay and Atilia were wonderful... Nita and Daniel had great performances too... and of course, the ever joyful Farah was so sweet and pretty in orange, gaining the loudest cheers of the show! YaY! Siap joget summore... Do catch it on TV on the 1st day of Raya okie... Btw, we all wore our Farahnatics shirt in public for the 1st time, and I tell you it was so much fun! Farah was touched... and her family as well... they're such wonderful people. Farah even recorded a personal message for me... which was so sweet of her! She was very tired, having just got back from Malacca and Johor Bahru and straight away performing in SP2 with no rehearsals (yeah and she ROCKED!). So she was too exhausted to join us mamak-ing. But of course we thoughtful Farahnatics didn't mind... we wished her well and asked her to rest, but that didn't stop us from taking pics of funny poses with her! Her health was our main concern, so it's better that she gets some rest. Hee hee... Met Xerra too finally, and I was surprised when she mentioned she knows me, from my posts online. So happy! And she also nakal... when I asked whether I can have a pic with her, she shook her head ans looked at me one kind. I was about to say "oh, it's ok..." when she suddenly laugh and say "main-main ajer laa...". Haha... so funny... and when the shots were taken, she even checked them to make sure I got a good shot. Wah, so considerate... Met up with Farah again, and teman her and myn to the lift and we headed to the mamak after that (after blowing kisses and hugs), me, Ostro, LeON, priest, and a couple more... At the mamak we met Faizull, who was sitting with the FFC (Faizull Fan Club), and we had Azam, Adam and Atilia sharing our table... my goodness they're so funny! Ejay dropped by for a while too, she had to go as well, with Trish... We sure had a lotta fun... stayed till almost 1am... All the jokes and funny recordings of videos... Definitely a memorable day... I'll post up any photos we took that day soon...

Guess who I bumped into? Hee hee...

New Colleague at Work
Well, we have a new graphic designer in the house! She's part time I heard, the name's Eleanor, and initially Val val found her kinda serious looking. Then we found out she's rather friendly, talkative and polite... (Actually I find her cute too... lol) And she has this super cool tattoo across her back... Well, I'm just hoping for the best, cos any help at work is good for us...

Gramma's Not Well...
My gramma's unwell again... she got admitted to hospital on the same night I went to SP2... Apparently she was weak, and my auntie quickly rushed her to the Batu Pahat hospital... Then they mentioned bout something in her blood is not sufficient, I dun quite understand, all I know is that it's worrying me!!! She's a blood O type, so if the blood is at a low level, the hospital might have to supply to her... Apparently there's internal bleeding, and originally I thought it was the stomach, but can't tell also... cos now I heard it's somewhere along the internal saluran... Now I'm just wishing and praying for the best... And I thank all of you well wishers, you know who you are... thanks to you too, Farah, for your sweet message of remembering my gramma in your prayers, and for your 'get well soon' message for me, I'm very touched, and I'm sure granny will be too once I tell her later. I'd like to call upon anyone who knows me directly or inderictly to join in on prayer for her quick recovery... I love my gramma and I dun wish to see her like dat.

I'll be Missing the 1 Utama Performance and Gathering
If you're reading this message and you're still on time, by all means, got to 1 Utama (New Wing) on Saturday, 29th October 2005 at 8.30pm, and support the Top 3 idol finalists there... Farah will be there, and everyone knows how badly I want to be there to support her... But I'll take her advice, when I told her that I'm sorry and might have to break my lil promise of being there for her at 1U, she replied:

" ariz, dont apologize.....priority comes 1st,aight no worries, k i perfectly understand i'd do d same if i were u. i'll be praying for ur grandma.... take care & God bless... ---)-@ "

Yup, so I'll be giving it a miss... (she's still calling me AriZ btw, hee hee...) But if any of you guys can go, please go and support her for me, and if you have a DigiCam or Camcorder, please record her performance for me too, cos I really want to see her perform "Gemilang", yup you heard that right, I heard it's gonna be Gemilang... and I'm sure she will be Gemilang alright! I was really looking forward to it for weeks, but hey, you can never predict fate. Val val was really sweet, saying "it's not like you're not gonna meet her again". Yeah, cross fingers and God-willing, I'll have more chances in the future.

So thanks people, PEACE and God bless you all!

The Happiest Day Ever! Dinner with Farah!!!

Ok, this is my review of the dinner with Farah on Sunday, 16th October 2005, probably the happiest day ever for me...

On the way, I picked up Estravada at IOI Mall bus stop and then we straight away went to Esso at Bangsar to wait for Bryan. Then there was a slight miscommunication and we almost cekik someone... hehe... but anyways, we quickly rushed and arrived at about the same time as Farah. The other Farahnatics were there, all spread out along 3 tables. It was free seating, so we just quickly try to see what's left. I took the one Bryan recommended, and guess what, it was facing Farah! Yippee!!! We chit chatted alot... she even taught me how to cook the BBQ meat... she's so super sweet....

Well basically to me, the gathering at Seoul Bulgogi was a blast! It was my first time there, first time trying something new, and I get to do it while sitting in front of Farah. How greater can it get? Hee hee... I was so super excited, I couldn't eat my RM37's worth. Not that I mind... chit chatted so much with Farah, and I tell you, she's SO down-to-earth, SO friendly and SO talkative! Which are all good points... :D :D :D She also talked about the various interviews she had to attend, and the few contract offers she received lately... and alot of other topics. Oh, by the way, the food was really nice... I dun mind going there again...

And if you guys thought she looked pretty performing, wait till you meet her in person! She's 100x more gorgeous and natural... (sorry Farah, I was goin to say xInfinty, later you say I melebih... hehe...) And boy she can eat! The meat and the ice cream... double helpings. Hee hee... Which is a good thing, as because in this day and age that girls are eating too little, it's great to see her eating healthily. And NO Farah, you're not gaining weight! I think you look awesome! I'm just so happy I managed to ask questions face to face, naturally without you having pressure... (sorry if my talking was rojak Farah... my BM not that good, cos my family's english-speaking... ) It was simply so much fun!

The ice-breaking session was quite funny, with everyone either singing or answering trivia questions... and as some of us saw, there were a couple of talented Farahnatics there... and mxv was so funny... hehehe... :D We had loads of fun, and Farah presented each of us with a 'Farahnatic' tag each, with our name engraved. I thought it was just super sweet of her... I was very touched... and I find it funny how Farah spells my name, "Ariz" instead of "Aris"... (even in her autographs...) but anyway, since Farah spelt it that way, then I'll use "Ariz" instead... hee hee :D

Then we had a massive photo-shooting session in which there were about 20 cameras (ranging from automatics to digicams and SLRs...) all snapping the group pix (some cameras almost fell into the mangkuk rebus)... So sorry Farah, about all the flashes... I hope your eyes feel better now... Mine was quite blurry last night too... After that there were never-ending photo-taking and autograph-signing... very nice of her to sign every single one, including shirts! She signed my CD, and also left a message on my notebook after I asked her... It was a very sweet message... And we kept on posing and shooting until the poor girl couldn't go home! Well we did eventually, and she asked whether we're coming on the 29th... (I said yes, so I'll have to keep that promise... Summore I answered "I'll be There....")

Okla, better not talk too long.... oops, too late. hahaha... I had lots of fun, Farah! You dun have to feel that you could have done more, cos you did really really well, and we're all appreciative that you actually came and wanted to meet and hang out with us... and touched all of our hearts... thank you! We love you and I hope there'll be more gatherings to come! :D :D :D You're the BEST!

Well, I wanted to talk bout other things, but I guess I'll leave it for later, as I wanted to leave this post as only focussing on the dinner... PEACE and God Bless,

Aris Tee

Eat-Kabaddi-Siggy

Hmm... I've been rather quiet lately... haven't had the mood to write about anything... dunno la, these moody days are really bothering me. Dun get me wrong, I do have fun, with Val, with my online friends, and my family... it's just that sometimes it's just small things bothering me, and also the fella at my office, who really gets on my nerves at all the wrong times. Sheesh...

Makan-Eat-Goal!
Whoa... the last few days of the week sure have been delicious, all my favs... steamboat, sushi, pizza, burger... lol... spaced out in between of course... and hoping this weekend's would be great too... hehe, some friends would know why. Oh joy... and yesterday at the premier of the movie Goal!, me and Val went to McD... well, it was near to the cineplex and nice enuff... he..he.. Had a sundae cone each after that too... ha..ha.. the simple things in life... Went into the movie on time, and got a whole row to ourselves... hehehehe... well, that's until everyone invaded our row of course. And they all were holding footballs with autographs of foorball players our paper always cover... lol... The movie was good... it had good storytelling, a good plot, good flow, good actors (even tho unknown) and lots of emotion. The ending can make some people teary-eyed... I say give it a try, it's good... Ha..ha.. I still cannot get over myself making Val val laugh so much in the cinema... she must be wanting to strangle me now...

Kabaddi is a Sport!
I just found out a great dicovery! It is the discovery of the century! Kabaddi is a sport and not a PERSON! I bet Val must be laughing off her chair reading this... lol... she was the one who told me... what a blur person I am...

New Siggy...

Chat Session with Farah 06-10-2005

Okay, my review of the wonderful chat session we had on 6th of October with Farah (original time-9.00pm)... Ok, call me nuts but I was at the Lounge at 8.15pm. There were only a few people at that time. The Farah logged in at 8.25pm or so. Then like everyone who was there, I was excited... well, nothing much happened, simple greeting session and a number of simple questions. Then Farah mentioned that she had quite a tiring day, and only got to sleep in the afternoon till 5 something. Considering this, she still came online and chatted with us. I really admire her... She then mentioned that she needed to download some java thingy, and would be back at 11pm. So we all said goodbye and went on to do what we wanted to do (i left my account logged on to lessen the hassle later)

Ok, nearing 11pm, the place was getting crowded again... Everyone was so excited. Then Farah's nick logged in. Everyone got excited, but it was lil Fareesya being a good sis and taking Farah's place (excellent job, Fareesya ), because she was goin to be late cos of dinner with her mum and aunt. Ok, then there was the logging in problem, cos everyone couldn't get into Farah World (cute name for a room...). Then some started to panic, but Kuaci, Ostro and Teng were good in giving instructions on what to do and asking people to calm down.

When the room finally was made (with no password cos it didn't work), lots of people got in. It was also quite public in a way, because anyone could join. But eventually because of the long wait, all that's left were Farahnatics, and a few others who were keen to meet Farah. Farah finally managed to log in rather late, but we all didn't mind. In fact we were so excited that the room was flooded. Then certain actions needed to be taken, because it was getting out of hand. Teng tried her best to be moderator, but there wasn't much that could be done. I dun blame her cos there wasn't any moderator tools (ie, block, ban, etc). Eventually Kuaci was hired to be the new moderator, and he handled it well, and people calmed down. We initiated a turn-based system, and alphabetically (according to nick), everyone got a chance to ask a question to Farah (tho a couple of people asked multiple questions). But Farah was really sporting and answered them all... (well mostly, hee hee). We had a long and nice session, and I got my turn late (one of the last... hehe) at almost 2am. Okay those who were there knew I was overjoyed by her response... After all is said and done, there was the flooded goodbye session. And I saw Farah trying her best to say goodbye to everyone. You're the best, Farah!

There were a few hiccups other than the logging in problems and the no-password thingy. There were a number of people who were quite rough in the use of language, but kuaci and ostro were quick to tell them to behave. Overall it was a great chat session, and I'm very sure everyone was satisfied in a way or another, despite having more questions to ask. Everyone was considerate and we knew that Farah needed rest and she also needs to wake up early for sahur meal in the morning. Not only that, she also has an appointment in the morning (goodness, so early!). But despite all that she still spent the time to understand her fans and also answer their queries. That's something that we should be proud of as Farahnatics, because we're supporting such a wonderful Idol.

Okay, too long liao, raptorclans over and out~

No Idea For Title

Blur Blur...
Well, nothing much happening in my life... just work work work and stress. Sigh, there's this fella who keeps getting on my nerves when I'm in a bad mood. Val val would know who this fella is. Cis Bedebah! But I have been patient so far, just dun wanna blow up. Cekik sekali baru tau... To be honest Val has been really nice, and I admit working has been less stressful because of her. Always being helpful and funny, brightens up my day. And she looked so different and pretty yesterday (okla, better not elaborate, nanti kena bantai. Oh, Mungkin Nanti~~~ lol) And I understand she's under some stress too, so I've been trying to help her out too, so it's something like a help each-other thingy. She's just so much fun... We need to do this to keep our sanity! Why won't they freaking just get us more staff?? Haiyooo... Actually got one new staff, but journalist la... Anyway, I guess have to just to hope things will change soon... for the better... "Yang ku inginkannnn....."

Movie Day...
I'm excited again today... Tuesdays tend to be the least stressful day of the week, and sometimes there are movie screenings. Today's one is Sky High! Waah... I'm so excited! I sure do hope that this movie doesn't disappoint me... But then again, it's very hard for a movie to disappoint me... hehe...

Nothing much to say lar... well okla, might have some things, just dun wan to mention only... till later~

PEACE and God Bless,
Aris Tee

My condolences to Farah and her family...

Offers of Prayer and Support
As known by most Farahnatics, Farah's uncle, who has been on life support in hospital, just passed on. It's a sad time for Farah and her family, and I'm sure for the Farahnatics. So all we can do for now, is offer our prayers and support, and I'd encourage my friends to join in, to offer her prayers of peace of mind, calmness and strength, to face a situation like this. Same goes to her family. And also prayers for her uncle, may he have eternal rest, and may God bless his soul. Times like this comes, and when it comes, we have to be strong and face it. I hope you'll be strong and have faith, Farah. I'll alway be able to give support if needed.

Lunch Postponed
The lunch date with Farah at Seoul Bulgogi has been postponed, due to what happened. It's very understandable, and she should be given as much time as possible with her family to mourn for the loss. The Farahnatics have been very supportive, if you've seen the messages in the forum. I'm sure she would be touched. We're like one big family...

Okla, I didn't intend to blog this time, just wanted offer my prayer of support, and also to ask people to join in. Lets all give a moment of silence... Thanks, PEACE and God Bless,

Aris Tee

The Contrast between Stress and Excitement...

Tiredness and Stress
Workload has been quite heavy lately... and 3 days in a row of late nights are definitely not good. I just get so tired working till 8.30-9pm... Then the trip back home takes so long, and I get really sleepy on the way back... sigh... I wish they'd standardise the working times, or at least the time stories should come in, like a deadline or something. I'm also quite upset about us working late while some can just go off early... sigh... As you can tell, it isn't a very good time for me...

Autocar Baru
Okla, just bought the latest issue of Autocar... can't wait to read... (obviously got nothin better to write)

Meal with Farah
Hope to be able to join Farah for a meal-session which she'll invite some of us to go lunch (I think...) Quite excited... might just be the nicest thing to happen to me for the week...

Dunno wat to say la... not that much to tell today... till next time then,

PEACE and God Bless,
Aris Tee
