Let them ROAR~

What a weekend... Sunday was Italia Auto Club's gathering at Putrajaya. My fisrt time attending their gathering event, so it was so darn exciting. Met at Extreme Park Sunway, and went in a convoy. A FAST convoy, mind you. They were moving at an average of 150-180kmh... I was trailing them somewhere in the middle at 150-160kmh. Nice feeling of firing up those engines and letting them roar! WHOA~ Well, when there's a group of 30+ Italian stallions that should be pretty normal. louis vuitton handbags There were 145s, 146s, 147s, 155s, and 156s... oh yeah, and the Coupes, Puntos, Bravas and a Marea... It was an awesome sight. We took the route through Cyberjaya, and took some photos along the way. Once in Cyberjaya, once on the putrajaya bridge. Then final stop was Putrajaya itself, at the runabout near Souq. After photo shooting and arranging of the cars, we went makan at Souq. Chit chat and talk cock... then we had some photos by the lake, few more shots by the cars and then we headed back. I could see Subsonique taking beauty shots of his Panda in front of the Putrajaya Administation building... haha... I'll post the photos once they're done. I brought both my SLR and my Digicam.

Gatherings like this allow me to take my mind off the problems I have, and at least is another addition to my social life. I'll need all the distraction I can get. Watched Madagascar on the same day too, was pretty good. Stylish, I must say... You've gotta love those penguins...

Okla, nothin much more to say. Trying to help Val with her friend's work. I feel sorry when I see her all stressed up with work, so at least I'll try what I can lessen the burden some way or another...

Angi still blocks me on MSN... hmm..., she say because I kacau her a lot... well, sorry lo... was just having fun... hope she takes me off the block list soon, sad la to be on the block list. I must be conservative, I suppose...

That's all for now,
PEACE and God Bless,

Confessions of a Broken Heart

I notice my blogs have been getting terribly long, I plan to shorten it soon... gradually...

There are times I do wonder how God plans things for us... Most of the time, things make sense much later. I know, because they happened to me many times in my life. But there are times I wonder, why must one hurt so many times... and especially after trying so hard. Yeah, there's a friend of mine whom I care so much for, but somehow there's just no response. Yeah, I've adored her since college, trying to give signs to her, but she just didn't notice... Maybe I'm just not suitable for her? Maybe... but I did care for her very much, if you ask me, I'd do anything for her. louis vuitton handbags But I guess maybe I just didn't show her enough... Yeah, she's happy now. She found herself a boyfriend a few months back. I can hear her happy stories with him, how she feels this guy is so suitable for her. How he's so special and close to their family. I'm happy for her. Don't get me wrong, it might hurt very much for me, but all I want is for her to be happy, and if this guy is the one for her, then I won't interfere... I only pray to the Lord that this guy would care for her, and never make her cry. Because if he did, God knows I won't forgive him... If it were me, I'd do anything, everything I can for her. If she wanted someone to care for her, comfort her, support her... I could have done it for her. But I guess there's just no use thinking too much about this. There's no use regretting now... I guess she never knew I liked her so much. I'll just let her be happy. She'll always mean something to me, despite the fact that she's going out with someone else. And I wish her lots of luck, and pray that she'll be always happy... For now, I'll just quietly heal my heart, it's always the best choice to keep all your feelings for someone who'd love you back...

Okay, not to keep everything all gloomy and dark. Yesterday was quite a nice day actually... Had a lot of fun and jokes at work with Val and Angi. They're just so funny... Yeah, there was quite a lot of layout work to be done, but thankfully, these light moments really take the pressure away... Our Lifestyle editor Imran belanja-ed us dinner, in exchange for late hours of work. Yeah, me and Val were the last to leave the office at 9pm. It was some really good Domino's pizza... The mushroom sausage one was splendid!!! Superbly delicious! Woo hoo... The bbq chicken wings were real good too, as well as the seafood pizza... Our CEO Jessie joined in on us after that too, but the slices she took were quite cold and hard, due to it being left under the air conditioner...

On Monday I spent my mum tickets to watch Revenge of the Sith. My second screening... 1st for my mum though. It was swell! You really notice things when you watch a movie a second time.
*SPOILERS* (To some people la, to me, not really, it was BOUND to happen)

Things like Yoda dropping his lightsaber after the duel with the emperor. That's why in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi, he didn't have one when training Luke. And Obi-Wan took Anakin's lightsaber, and that's why he could give it to Luke in A New Hope. Remember his line, "Your father would have wanted you to have this, when you were old enough..." haha... penipu~ And Senator Organa took care of Leia, and that's why Leia's family name was Organa. Personally I think Darth Vader's first entrace scene was pretty cheesy, with the "That can't be..." line... Sounds just like Anakin except in a suit. But well, Anakin IS Darth Vader. I'm pretty much satisfied with the movie, expect me to wath it a couple of times more or so... as a farewell to this excellent saga. I still have the Clone Wars to watch as well as the upcoming TV series...

PS: I really pity the brave little boy padawan who was trying to escape to Organa's ship...

I Seek...

Nothin much happened the last few days... That's the weekend, mind you. But it's always been like dat. Sunday, our only free day. There's not much that can be done in just a day... I wish I could go for some outing, or have fun like I used to... shopping, bowling, clubbing, a movie... or going for a trip... or even just a simple go out together with friends... sigh, it's just too much to ask nowadays. I'm sure it'll come someday, when we're all free. Hopefully...

There's a club meeting set for the 29th, hope I'll be a be to attend, as I'm gaining a ffk reputation. So far 24 people or so have confirmed.... Meeting point to be confirmed at this week's TT session... ;-p

Watched Kingdom of Heaven yesterday... finally... It was awesome, brings a lot of important messages, as well as an insight to what possibly happened during the crusades. It shows that sometimes people can get lost and fight a war claiming it to be a fight in the name of God, but in fact there was a materialistic value to it... like a quote from the movie, which one is more important, the walls of stone in Jerusalem, louis vuitton handbags or the people in it? That is one thing we should ponder upon. Something God wants us to do is to love, not hate. And protect our loved ones, the women, children and the elderly, is our responsibility. Movies like this make you think, so if you haven't seen it, better go for it before screening ends... Oh yeah, there's 3 times more blood and violence than Revenge of the Sith, and the battle sequences were breathtaking. Marvelous stuff...

Okay, been soul-searching a lot lately, thinking of who I am, what am I doing here and what I should do. Been reaching out to God for an answer, but there's just no clear one... I wish God would give me a sign and lead me to the correct path which I should choose... I really do wish... For if God shows me the way, I shall follow... That's my prayer, and hope you guys pray for me too. It is an answer that I seek...

Been also doing my best to let go of my source of pain, and it's not easy, never was, and I believe possibly never will be... But I try to do so. I've tried hard, but there's no point if there's no response. I'll just be cool, and let time tell... just wait and see what happens...

Okla, donno what else to say... starting to talk nonsense liao. I pray that this week is better than the last, it's always something to look forward to... Today's a holiday but still I have to work. Sigh... So till next time,

PEACE and God Bless,

The FORCE is Strong Today

Okay, yesterday was a pretty exciting day... there was a big birthday bash, and there was the big movie... I quite enjoyed both. :-p

Okay, remember when I once said that you can't pull a prank on Angi? Well, I guess you can, although it was sifu Allan who did it... He told Angi that we were having an emergency meeting to discuss about something that she did. And she might be in trouble, possible sacked... poor thing... Then sifu asked her not to cry when inside. Then when she enters, we surprise her with the birthday feast we did for her in the meeting room! :-D It wasn't her birthday yet, but we did it early... She was so surprised!

Well, I'm so glad the plan went well, it was something I planned from a week ago for her, and I didn't put it in a blog or anywhere, in case she read it. I haven't even sent her a birthday wish on Friendster, because wanted to act as if we forgot about it... Then I also got Val to help me with the plan. She's a real good organizer, and she got Imran, Farah, Kathy and the rest to join in. The cake was bought the day before, during our long lunch break.... kept it in the fridge, with instructions to everyone not to eat it. chanel handbags Angi almost opened it on D-Day to put her cake in, thankfully she didn't. hehe... Wanted to get strawberry, since she likes starwberry, but there weren't any left, so we got a wild forest one, real good... It was from La Manila, awsome cakes...

Then there was the present-giving occasion, and I was really happy to see the smile on her face when she opened her presents... I was worried whether she'd like the perfume I got for her, but she did, and I'm so relieved. After everything was done, you can see one really happy girl in the office. I've never seen Angi smiling so much before. That really made my day happy...

Then there was a rush to finish the last remaining pages and send them to the press for printing. It was like so rush to the finish. After all's done, we rushed to Times Square for Revenge of the Sith. The movie was simply AWESOME and I mean A-W-E-S-O-M-E! The opening sequence was simply breathtaking, the fighting scenes intense, the emotions all high and so much killing. Damn, it was violent for a Star Wars movie... I'm not gonna send any spoilers, in case anyone reading this hasn't watched it. And you should, if you haven't... To enjoy it more, watch it without expectations, and it'll be swell... I wanna go watch again! General Grevious was awesome, as well as that giant lizard creature that made irritating noises. And Yoda has the best lines, AND kicks ass... It was 2 and a half hours long, and we finished quite late at night. Me, Val and my bro went back together, along with a few surprises (misplaced the ticket and forgot where the car was). Guess I was too excited. This surely was such a great day... Till next time,

PEACE and God Bless,

Aris Tee
