Nothin much happened the last few days... That's the weekend, mind you. But it's always been like dat. Sunday, our only free day. There's not much that can be done in just a day... I wish I could go for some outing, or have fun like I used to... shopping, bowling, clubbing, a movie... or going for a trip... or even just a simple go out together with friends... sigh, it's just too much to ask nowadays. I'm sure it'll come someday, when we're all free. Hopefully...
There's a club meeting set for the 29th, hope I'll be a be to attend, as I'm gaining a ffk reputation. So far 24 people or so have confirmed.... Meeting point to be confirmed at this week's TT session... ;-p
Watched Kingdom of Heaven yesterday... finally... It was awesome, brings a lot of important messages, as well as an insight to what possibly happened during the crusades. It shows that sometimes people can get lost and fight a war claiming it to be a fight in the name of God, but in fact there was a materialistic value to it... like a quote from the movie, which one is more important, the walls of stone in Jerusalem, louis vuitton handbags or the people in it? That is one thing we should ponder upon. Something God wants us to do is to love, not hate. And protect our loved ones, the women, children and the elderly, is our responsibility. Movies like this make you think, so if you haven't seen it, better go for it before screening ends... Oh yeah, there's 3 times more blood and violence than Revenge of the Sith, and the battle sequences were breathtaking. Marvelous stuff...
Okay, been soul-searching a lot lately, thinking of who I am, what am I doing here and what I should do. Been reaching out to God for an answer, but there's just no clear one... I wish God would give me a sign and lead me to the correct path which I should choose... I really do wish... For if God shows me the way, I shall follow... That's my prayer, and hope you guys pray for me too. It is an answer that I seek...
Been also doing my best to let go of my source of pain, and it's not easy, never was, and I believe possibly never will be... But I try to do so. I've tried hard, but there's no point if there's no response. I'll just be cool, and let time tell... just wait and see what happens...
Okla, donno what else to say... starting to talk nonsense liao. I pray that this week is better than the last, it's always something to look forward to... Today's a holiday but still I have to work. Sigh... So till next time,
PEACE and God Bless,

The FORCE is Strong Today
Okay, yesterday was a pretty exciting day... there was a big birthday bash, and there was the big movie... I quite enjoyed both. :-p
Okay, remember when I once said that you can't pull a prank on Angi? Well, I guess you can, although it was sifu Allan who did it... He told Angi that we were having an emergency meeting to discuss about something that she did. And she might be in trouble, possible sacked... poor thing... Then sifu asked her not to cry when inside. Then when she enters, we surprise her with the birthday feast we did for her in the meeting room! :-D It wasn't her birthday yet, but we did it early... She was so surprised!
Well, I'm so glad the plan went well, it was something I planned from a week ago for her, and I didn't put it in a blog or anywhere, in case she read it. I haven't even sent her a birthday wish on Friendster, because wanted to act as if we forgot about it... Then I also got Val to help me with the plan. She's a real good organizer, and she got Imran, Farah, Kathy and the rest to join in. The cake was bought the day before, during our long lunch break.... kept it in the fridge, with instructions to everyone not to eat it. chanel handbags Angi almost opened it on D-Day to put her cake in, thankfully she didn't. hehe... Wanted to get strawberry, since she likes starwberry, but there weren't any left, so we got a wild forest one, real good... It was from La Manila, awsome cakes...
Then there was the present-giving occasion, and I was really happy to see the smile on her face when she opened her presents... I was worried whether she'd like the perfume I got for her, but she did, and I'm so relieved. After everything was done, you can see one really happy girl in the office. I've never seen Angi smiling so much before. That really made my day happy...
Then there was a rush to finish the last remaining pages and send them to the press for printing. It was like so rush to the finish. After all's done, we rushed to Times Square for Revenge of the Sith. The movie was simply AWESOME and I mean A-W-E-S-O-M-E! The opening sequence was simply breathtaking, the fighting scenes intense, the emotions all high and so much killing. Damn, it was violent for a Star Wars movie... I'm not gonna send any spoilers, in case anyone reading this hasn't watched it. And you should, if you haven't... To enjoy it more, watch it without expectations, and it'll be swell... I wanna go watch again! General Grevious was awesome, as well as that giant lizard creature that made irritating noises. And Yoda has the best lines, AND kicks ass... It was 2 and a half hours long, and we finished quite late at night. Me, Val and my bro went back together, along with a few surprises (misplaced the ticket and forgot where the car was). Guess I was too excited. This surely was such a great day... Till next time,

20.05.2005 and D-Day
Okay, yesterday was a much better day than the shitty day before... there is still sadness that is kept inside, but I'll be strong, and God willing, I will be able to keep it going. There were quite a lot of laughter at work yesterday, and it sure did take a bit of the load off our backs. Angi was quite funny, but yeah, she's just too smart, so can't really try to do a prank on her without her knowing... or is that so...? hehehe... Val's getting funnier everyday, our making fun of work is getting worse and worse, but I admit it's rather fun... Something's bound to happen today by the way... On the way back Val tumpang-ed my car back, and I managed to talk with her a bit on faith and religion. chanel handbags Not that much though, cause it wasn't long before we reached her house. But we managed to talk about our views on things like Resurrection, Holy Spirit and etc. Hope to chat with her more on this in the future, cause it's pretty interesting... ;-p
Today is D-Day for Revenge of the Sith! YAY!!! Can't wait to see... Most of the office is going. Poor Angi donated her ticket to her bro, which was so nice of her. If only I had an extra ticket, I would have spared one for her... We're probably going to go in a convoy, as Eliza doesn't know the way, so she's following my car from the back later. Dunno bout the others, but I'm so super excited! You can bet that this won't be my only screening... Time to get ready the black cape and red lightsabers... May the Force be with you...
My Lifestyle Editor went to the launch of the Perodua MyVI, and he camme back with a few goodies. He was kind enought to give me a MyVI cap and t-shirt! I was like, "serious?". He said yeah... I was so happy! The car looks real good, especially in black, red and orange. Wonder how it'll be on the road and whether the build quality will last though. The Proton TRM is around the corner too, and I suspect these two cars are going to go face-to-face to gain the same target audience...
Yesterday was also Miri's city-status announcement. 20.05.2005... nice date! I found out from Boon, whom I called later at night. There were all those celebrations on TV and even some Malaysian Idol finalists were there...
Oh well, that's all for today, till next time,

Crap Day
Okay, not much to write, or rather, not much I want to write. I was hoping that this week would be a good week, but trust me, yesterday was one of the most emotionally stressful days in my life. I've never felt so low and lost before... It was more like internal pain, a bleeding heart... I just didn't know what to do. I'm not going into too much details, it's just too complicated for most to understand. Well, at least there was Val at the end of the day, chanel handbags was a real pal, helping me out at times like these. And I guess after a whole night of sadness and too much thinking, eventually I woke up today less upset. But the feeling remains, an emotional torture in which I still do not fully understand...
Sorry for my uninterpretable crap, I've had better days.
PEACE and God Bless,

Inner and Outer Storm Brewing...
Yesterday was quite a day... aside from being a little frustrated at work, a few things happened on the way back.
Work was quite okay yesterday, due to the fact that there was only the lifestyle section to do... been frustrated lately when certain people talk in Chinese, and knowing me, having not learned, I just can't get what people are talking about. And sometimes I find it to be quite insensitive to talk in front of someone who doesn't understand... So I tend to feel left out... And this has taken it's toll lately... It's no secret that I have long wished that I was a full Chinese and not a mix, as that'll solve all the stupid woes I've been experiencing since young... But who am I to say such things... Sigh. Just expressing some angst in the morning... Well, Val was nice enough to translate a bit for me. But still...
Had a nice time at lunch, KFC! Seems that Val likes it a lot... haha. But it was fun, went to Ampang Park there to eat. Curry Crunch again... Then we decided to walk around, but there was nothing really interesting, so we just went back to office... Checked the magazine store, but nope, Traffic's still not out. The magazine's really late this month...
On the way back there was quite a storm brewing... Drove my Bug today, so I was just moving along safely in the rain. Then there was quite heavy traffic, due to typical Malaysians who drive awfully slow in the rain. Then after the first toll booth, I felt a jerk and crashing sound. There was no mistake, I was hit from behind. Okay... it was raining and there was heavy traffic. I was a civilized person, so I signalled, parked at the side and swiched on the hazard lights. Then I stepped out of the Beetle to inspect the damage. Looking at the bumper, it seemed okay. Then I moved to look a the culprit. He looked awfully nervous. He said, "ss...ss...sorry...". I asked him what was he thinking, just bumping like dat. He just replied, "err.. sorry...I just bumped". Obviously... sigh. But I wasn't a type of person who'd take his axe-steering lock and hit the other fella's car. I wasn't in a good mood, due to personal problems, but I wouldn't wanna ruin someone's day, summore it was raining. So I just let him off. His new Honda Civic probably gained more damage, since the Bug's bumper was pure steel and able to take a certain amount of impact. But in the end it was the physical reaction of plastic meets steel that saved the say. If his bumper was harder, it might have crushed his car's front. I know because I've been hit by a Wira before. Sigh... what's with people and hitting my rear? Well, as I let him off he said again, "ss...sorry". I just told him, "Becareful next time...".
Then as I continued travelling back, there was one bugger of a Wira which swerved in my path. Then I had to undego heavy braking, and since the road was slippery, the Bug skidded. Yeah, that's right, no ABS or ESP... it's 35 years old for God's sake. And being a RR (Rear-Engine, Rear-Wheel-Drive) car, it skidded sideways, chanel handbags like those crazy drifting championships... Well, it swerved left, I counter steered to the right, then the rear wheels went to the front... I countered back to the left to centralize the Bug. There, straight. I suddenly feel like Jeremy Clarkson. I realize that God once again saved my life. There was a moment of silence, and I prayed, thanking the Lord for always watching over me.
Well, that's all for today...
