Trials of Life...

Man, early in the morning and I'm tired... all because of a stupid rode closure for some meeting. And mind you it's just a trial... sheesh. It's going to be hell again on Monday, when the real deal happens. Haih... anyway, drove the Bug today. She refused to start the day before... but miraculously was able to today. I was just about to jump-start the battery. Then it just started with one twist of the key! And yeah, it was joy to run it, louis vuitton handbags until the road closure bit. Fuck it la... was lost in the middle of KL, and went a few rounds until I got back to where I started. Then I saw that the road they closed was open. So I went straight to work... Was 15 minutes late. But I guess it's okay since only Angi and a few others were there. And Val came in soon after me...

Tapau-ed some mee hoon for lunch later, got scolding from the fella. Claims he didn't hear me say I wanted 3 bungkus. He made 4. I said I wanted 3... so you can guess what happened... Anyway, I was supposed to bring some Quaker oats new strawberry-dunno-wat which my mum got for me today. But left it on the dining table... Was hoping to drink it in the morning...

Well, work's work... been busy as usual... I think we need another designer. I mean, to help us out... we're dying here with the workload. But I'm not sure on the position of things, as in are they looking for new people or are new people already in the queue... Val invited me to come along to her church, which I might try following her someday to see how it's like. Angi's busy as usual with her Richland freelance job. But it's finishing and I hope her clients like it... There's even a mini mock-up! Haha...

Having a lotta emotional problems lately. Rather tough to manage, but I'm confident that I can handle it. But there are certain times that it's just too much. But I think to myself, that God mentioned that He would not put a burden onto someone who can't handle it. So I pray that may the Lord put my heart at ease and let me be calm at these times...

Hmm... what else to say... saw a Volkwagen Phaeton yesterday night. 1st time I got to see this behemoth. It had a police convoy to accompany it. Wow... must be some bigshot... It's HUGE! I mean, I've seen it in the magazines but I didn't expect it to be that big. It was larger than an S-Class, maybe the same size or larger than the latest 7-Series... And had way cool multi-colored LED rear lamps, which can change into night lamps, brakes or signals. All in one lamp cluster. Way cool... But it costs an arm and a leg of course...

Song of the day:

---

Verse
Spending another night alone
Wondering when I'm gonna ever see you again
Thinking what I would give
To get you back, baby
I should have told you how I felt then
Instead, I kept it to myself, yes
I let my love go unexpressed
'Til it was too late
You walked away

Chorus
Was it something I didn't say
When I didn't say, "I Love You"
Was it words that you never heard
All those words I should have told you
All those times, all those nights
When I had the chance to
Was it something I didn't say

Verse
Always assumed that you'd be there
Couldn't foresee the day you'd ever be leaving me
How could I let my world
Slip through my hands, baby
I took for granted that you knew, yeah
All of the love I felt for you, yeah
I guess you never had a clue
'Til it was too late
You walked away

Chorus

Bridge
All the words were in my heart
They went unspoken
Baby, now my silent heart
Is a heart that's broken
Shoulda said so many things
Shoulda let you know
You're the one I needed near me
But I never let you hear me

Chorus

Labour Day Blues...

Okay... eventful times... working on Labour Day. Add that to typical Monday blues... How's that for a starting line? hehe... sad as it was, we had to come to work, counting it as OT, 3-times pay. But it was okay, we did a number of pages, finalized the Chief Minister thingy, and I had soup! It was the Soupy Snacks 'Hawaiian' flavour... was pretty weird, chanel handbags think i'll stick to the usual flavours... Work was until about 6... sigh... was rather tired. That night went to Muhibbah for dinner, had the super yummy spring rolls and Cantonese kway teow... had a real good time.

Plagued by a lotta personal problems lately, at times it's okay, I'm confident that I can solve it, but there'll be times when all lets go, and the only way I go is down... sigh, but I do have a good friend who's willing to listen to my nonsense problem, and giving advice... I do pray to God that the outcome will be good...

Played Street Racing Syndicate again, but for a short while only... Raced my Jetta to a few wins, and also took another challenge from a bitch. sheesh... Now the Volkswagen has Greddy turbo and weight reduction, including carbon fiber parts... hehe...

My car was sparkling white, thanks to a polish job sponsored by my mum. She said it's the last polish she'll ever pay for me... :-p The tyres look new for a while, even though they were worn out... And I bumped into a Toyota Unser today... goodness, I thanked God that he didn't stop and ask me to pay. Pray that God helps him forgive me for that, it was really a bumper-to-bumper crawl after the Puchong toll...

Now I have my own PHOTOS page!!! Using my Multiply site to post my photos, so do visit it at http://raptorclans.multiply.com/photos/ There aren't many pics yet, but there will be. At least there will be better space to display photos and also thumbnails... Go check it out...

Nothin much at the moment, till next entry then... Thanks for reading,

I got my first pay! Tales of wheels, dreams and busy times...

Hmm... the month has ended, and I've officially worked for a month! Wow, time sure passes fast. Got my first paycheck at the end of the month... pretty excited, but must now think carefully on how to spend wisely. Going to give my mum some, and she's also saying that I should apply for insurance. Come to think about it, I think Angi applied for it too. And I have people I promise to spend a meal, namely my uncle and family, as well as Angi, who still thinks I'm gonna keep the money for myself. haha... oh ya, not forgetting Val and Ray too. That's a lotta money, hope they go to budget places. haha...

Went to Eneos today to replace my tyres. And hoping to find new rims to fit in, as there was a tyre and rim promotion. Then I saw my dream set of rollers... 17-inch CE28N Volk Racing wheels by Rays Engineering... at an attractive price too! Only RM8xxx! WAAAAHHHH! So siao... But there were smaller replicas by K-Speed, and were selling for 16xx, together with a set of 15-inch rubber. I was pretty excited, chanel handbags but sadly, I found out the PCD size of an Alfa Romeo 155 is 98, unlike the 100s of Japanese cars... And to make matters worse, I can't even change the rubber! There's no tyres for the 195/60 R14 wheels!!! Not even my beloved Falken Ziex... sigh... have to look elsewhere I guess. They say Italian rims are the best bet, but do they seriously expect me to fork out cash for a set of Sparco/Momo/Allessio rims? I don't think so...

Woke up this morning feeling rather blur. Had a dream... bout something I think about everyday. And I guess it happened in the dream, and when I woke up, I was struggling to differenciate dreams from reality. And how depressed I was when I found out it was all a dream... It was like, shocking, alarming. I soon came to know which was the real world... But I tell myself I'd be strong, and I'll work hard to make my dream a reality. Hope God understands my intentions...

Played Street Racing Syndicate. It finally could run, after a graphic card driver software I downloaded from the office. It's a pretty good game, much like a Need for Speed : Underground clone. But what I didn't really like about the game are those 'Respect Challenges', in which you have to earn the respect of a bitchy woman in order to have her become your girlfriend. Eeew... I'm like, if the woman judges you like that, would you wanna go out with her? No way! And she's like... a real bitch. Cis bedebah. With the tone and the dressing... Dunno bout other people, but definitely not my taste... Kinda disturbing, I'd never go out with such a person in real life. And you need to do that to earn respect points, part of the game. Anyways, I bought a Volkswagen Jetta, sprayed it orange, GT wing, CE28N Volk Racing wheels, lowered suspension, neons, bodykit and sports exhaust. hehehe... Handling's kinda lame (the game) though...

Hmm... what else... Saturday's work was hell... We had to do the layout designs for the Chief Minister of Sarawak's birthday thingy.. and there is going to be 100 pages to do! Aaargh... and the news department couldn't run properly due to network and internet down-time. And it lasted practically the whole day... Me and Ray had to go to Low Yat Plaza to retrieve a new modem for the office, and after all the jam and stress, the modem didn't work. How amusing... Cis. However, our IT technician, James, managed to get the system up and running byt the end of the day. I had to go back to Low Yat and return the darn modem!!! And I didn't know where on Earth it was!!! Good thing James decided to follow me, he went into Low Yat and returned it, and I sent him back to his place. It was one heck of a tiring day, an I can see it was taking a toll on Angi and Val too... and sifu and Ray as well... sigh. We have to work hard, but I didn't know it was this hard... and something bad tells me the worse is yet to come... I have a bad feeling about this...

Posted a few photos of our workplace. Mostly candid... Courtesy of Val, she borrowed my digicam and snapped a few pics. Sadly, this is also the same reason why she isn't in it! Hope to get some site where I can upload photos for easier viewing, cos Blogger doesn't have a photo page...

Ah... I got a couple of movie passes to watch Guess Who. Angi and Val got them too, so I can't give one to them... wonder who to give to. We might be going to watch it together, if there is free time that is... Look forward to it...

Hmm... I'm sure I had something else to say, but can't really remember at the moment. So it's until here for now,
PEACE and God Bless,

Aris Tee
